What Guests Are Saying
Lower Falls Campground features spacious, well-maintained campsites with ample shade and beautiful riverside views, making it an ideal spot for nature lovers. The breathtaking nearby waterfalls and numerous hiking trails enhance the camping experience, although the campground lacks adequate water stations and has issues with cleanliness in the bathrooms. Overall, visitors appreciate the serene environment, helpful camp hosts, and the opportunity to disconnect from technology in a picturesque setting.

A great cap site, well maintained. The water pump was broken, but there was another one not too far away. Close to the falls and river. Definitely recommend.

While this location and the falls were gorgeous, the toilets were the worst smelling pit toilets I have ever experienced. Our site (13) was across from one set of toilets and we ended up leaving early because of the stench. DO NOT choose a site near toilets!

The campground was clean, scenic, and well-run. While the Lower Falls are spectacular, the Upper Falls are definitely worth the trip.

Enjoyable time except for the bathrooms which were very dirty! These need to be managed better.

This place is so beautiful but I will never overnight camp here because the bathrooms are rancid. Outhouses don’t normally bug me but the ones at this campground are not maintained and so disgusting.

Beautiful location. Wonderful campsites and trail system. River was overrun each mid-day by day trippers who shamefully left behind piles of garbage and litter.

Campground was clean and very nice. Water spouts should work in both lower and upper campgrounds for convenience.

Wonderful campground. Pit toilets.... That's the only bad thing.
