I loved this campground, super quiet, clean, and I was able to gather downed wood to make a fire. Plenty of space for the dog. Would definitely return.

Very clean and organized. Potible water was easily accessible. All sites are fairly level and gravelled. Eau Galle Recreation area is near by for great fun and trails. Will definitely be back.

This is a more rustic COE Campground than many we've been to, but we liked the more rustic sites and, though we are now in an RV, we appreciated that there were a number of tenting-only sites. The trails were a little hard to follow in that there is a separate horse camp and it seemed that there were a lot of horse trails which we prefer not to walk on.

I hesitate giving a strong recommendation for this campground because that might draw more campers who might take our favorite sites :). We come here often as it is not a “resort” but a beautiful, quiet and relaxing place. The sites are spaced well with many trees. I only gave it a 4 out of 5 b/c some sites need a bit of leveling and you need to drive to the beach.
