Awful! Water shut off to fill camper- only hand pump water on and not allowed to place hose. Water near dump shut off for the season due to cold water? Um, host water in both places was on and one host area was empty and no one allowed to get any water. What a horrible situation. Not supposed to travel with tanks full on trailer, so what are you to do for water? There was a concentrated "effort" placed to keep anyone from being able to obtain water from empty host site. Paid for a site with electricity, but beware you may not be able to have water to wash dishes with or cook at this campground. Won't be back.

Very disappointed with this park . We’re told they had potable water and website fails to mention it’s only seasonal . Sites were uneven and difficult . So small you couldn’t even sit outside which was good because with all the gunfire going off from the nearby hunters, it wasn’t safe to sit out anyway . We left three days early and they refused to give us a refund . Literally unsafe to camp here during hunting season .

Camp sites were as usual very nice. Camp host was lazy and surly. I checked in and he came to camper door no shirt huge beer belly hanging over pajama bottoms. Then they gave us a hard time and threatened eviction at 8 PM at our group dinner. All were registered guests at Arrowhead and no vehicles were in the road. We were scattered throughout the campground and brought potluck to one site for dinner by driving a vehicle from each family to the center campsite. Extra vehicles were well inside the site parking area. Camp host was too lazy to enter site and make threats but hollered from driver's seat of beat up s-10 they drove around in. Fire pit and grill were not cleaned out. I usually like going to Arrowhead, but they spoiled the mood, I left a day early. Dumping station unlit so I couldn't dump my tanks as I left.

We had a family weekend at Arrowhead Campground. We had spots 39, 41 and 43. The campsites were close to the bathroom and spacious enough you didn't feel like you were on top of your neighbor. Water was very close, so it was easy to fill up our 5 gallon water jugs. The lake was close about a 1/10 mile walk, so fishing was easy. Camp host came by after we checked in and was very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is we checked in on Thursday and the bathrooms were not cleaned the entire weekend we were there. We brought Clorox wipes and would wipe everything down, I would suggest the same. But other than that a great camping experience!
