We had a family weekend at Arrowhead Campground. We had spots 39, 41 and 43. The campsites were close to the bathroom and spacious enough you didn't feel like you were on top of your neighbor. Water was very close, so it was easy to fill up our 5 gallon water jugs. The lake was close about a 1/10 mile walk, so fishing was easy. Camp host came by after we checked in and was very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is we checked in on Thursday and the bathrooms were not cleaned the entire weekend we were there. We brought Clorox wipes and would wipe everything down, I would suggest the same. But other than that a great camping experience!

The only thing I really found wrong is that the fireplaces are never cleaned out. This is a true that I believe the camp hosts are supposed to perform. The problem is that the buildup of Ash when it gets rained on Rust the fire rings and many of them have holes in them now. So when the camp hosts do not do their job they are wasting government funds.

Really nice, clean area! The lake isn’t far, maybe a five-ten minute walk or a 2 minute drive. Had a lot of fun! Bath house is close.

It is apparent that this beautiful Park has been neglected, to many of the staff call it in, working from home.

It was a little tight getting into our spot and it was a pull thru. Park and trails nice. Beautiful lake. Will return have a spot picked out.

Very enjoyable time at the campgrounds (especially for my first time tent camping). I was happy with the electrical hookups and access to water. Hopefully I can come back with a family member in the future.
