What Guests Are Saying
Owen Creek campground offers beautiful scenery with wildlife, particularly when camping near the creek. The hosts, Paul and Ann, maintain a clean and inviting atmosphere. However, it is located in a busy motorized recreation area, leading to significant noise and dust from ATVs, which may not suit those seeking a quiet experience.

Campsites are a little close together but a nice stop. I saw moose, elk and a bear in one day.

Good campsite, quite campground. Campground hosts were not there the 6 nights we stayed.

Great place to camp! There is dispersed camping further up the road that creates a bit of traffic past Owen Creek campground but the dust wasn’t bad. The camp hosts do a wonderful job of keeping the campground clean and the vault toilets as good as they can be. 🙂

The garbage receptacles are WAY too small and the host has the larger one locked up.

Super convenient location right of the main road without all the noise. Campground sits behind a hill and overlooks the mountains across the valley so you are secluded but also a short drive from the pavement. Sites were nice and level, facilities were clean, and traffic was minimal. Overall a great place to get away!
