Great time first time visit. Clean and nice campground. Surprised the showers are open only from 9-6. Later locking of 9-9 would enhance the area

Disappointed with campsite. Poor signage for attending host location, as well as water location. Had difficulty w/ electric. Wouldn't work upon arrival. Observed other campers having difficulty to. 3 hrs later, I asked neighbor if he had trouble w/ electricity. He said yes, he just talked w/ host and was told to push ground fault. We did upon arrival to no avail. Then repeated electric plug in, again pushing ground fault and it worked. What gives with that? Miracle I guess? Also, dump station not available as advertised. What's with that? Sure, I understand winter freezes, but please advertise specific dates for operatable ammenities!

Very disappointed because the restrooms were locked! I feel when I pay full price for a campsite, that the restrooms should be open!

We have camped at lease once each summer at Buckboard Crossing for several years. The campsites are maintained very well. Fishing and boating in Flaming Gorge are very close.

We have been coming to Buckboard since the mid 70's, have always loved it. We have watched the campgrounds degrade over time. The marina and store are fabulous, but the campground leaves a bit to be desired. We liked our spot with electricity, but the old restrooms were in definite need of repair. There was no water available except at the newer restroom. These restrooms were kept clean but the sinks were a bit dirty and the mirrors scratched. We use the showers and they were supposed to make them better, but you still have to stand in an inch or more water to get dressed. Also, it would be easier to keep the showers clean if locks of some type were put on them. Those of us who pay camping fees could be given a code or card, useful for the time you are there. They could be handed back in, or the code could be changed weekly.
