RV overview

Our camper is a well maintained 2006 Jayco Popup. It only has basic features but is much nicer than a tent. The camper is clean and in great shape. All the features and functions work well. The electrical and water systems are all 100% functional. The popup canvas is in great shape with no leaks. The tires, wheels and axle have all been recently serviced, for worry free towing. Camper Features: Air Conditioning (Requires 30-amp electrical service) Heat (Propane Furnace) 4 Port USB Charger Canopy Refrigerator Hot Water Heater 23 Gal fresh water tank or city water hookup Bed lights and fans 2 burner stove (Can be used inside or outside) Sink Dinette (Seats 4) Couch 1 King Bed 1 Double Bed 2 Single Bed (Converted Couch & Dinette) Sleeps 7 (6 comfortably, 4 adults and two children) *This camper does not have a toilet or shower - Renter will supply all bedding, pillows, towels, dish towels and personal items. - I offer Delivery and setup if you are unable to tow yourself. - Campers are not built to be abused. The interior can easily be damaged if proper care is not taken. Your kids should not be jumping on the beds or furniture. If any parts of the camper are damaged, you will forfeit your $500 deposit. Included with your rental: All hoses and electrical cords needed for camp site hookup Dishes (Plates, Bowls, Cups, Silverware) Cookware (Pots, pans, Utensils, knives) Keurig coffee maker Toaster Electric Griddle Small propane grill (includes one small propane bottle) Fresh Water Jug (to refill water tank when city water is not available) Small grey water tank for sink drain Outdoor rug Fire Starter and Lighter Misc Supplies: Trash bags, paper towels, spray cleaner, dish pans & dish soap Notes: - This Popup is larger than most and requires a tow vehicle that is rated for at least 3000 pounds tow capacity. You will also need a class 2 or 3 hitch receiver with a 2" ball. This camper is equipped with electric brakes. Your vehicle will need a brake controller to use them. You can tow it without using the brakes, but it’s not recommended. If you have a larger vehicle, rated well above 3000 pound tow capacity, you should be ok without using the brakes. Your tow vehicle will need a 7-pin round electrical plug. A 4-pin flat electrical connector is OK if you won't be using the brakes. Please let me know if you have any questions about towing. - I can provide a ball and ball mount if your tow vehicle has a 2" receiver. - Smoking / Vaping is not permitted in the camper. - Forfeiture of $500 security deposit - Pets are allowed, for an extra fee. No cats please. - I can be flexible with Pick Up and Drop Off time. Please let me know what will work for you. Flexable pickup and return times must be approved. - If you want to use the A/C in the camper, your camp site must have 30 Amp electrical service. If you try to run the A/C without 30 Amp service, you could damage the A/C unit. If the A/C unit is damaged, it will forfeit your $500 security deposit. - Please return the camper in a reasonably clean state. When the camper is returned, I expect all of your personal items and trash to be removed and the floors at least swept out. If I have to clean up a muddy mess and remove all of your trash, I will retain $250 of your security deposit.
