What Guests Are Saying
The North Rim Campground is highly praised for its spacious and well-maintained sites, beautiful natural surroundings, and proximity to the Grand Canyon views. Campers appreciate the friendly and helpful staff, clean facilities, and the availability of a general store with essential supplies. Although there were some issues with water access and restroom cleanliness during a recent fire evacuation, the overall experience remains positive, with many expressing a desire to return in the future.

Oh my gosh. So beautiful, and our tent site was the best one there, right on the rim with a gorgeous sunset view. The store was well stocked, the bathrooms and showers were clean. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

A charming campground with access to restrooms, dishwashing sink, potable water, a store, a laundry, and pay- showers.
Easy access to trails on both sides of the North Rim Lodge and its Deli & Restaurant. The Camp Host, Teresa, was very helpful in all matters. I found the other campers great conversationalists around late-night gatherings.

Awesome campground. This was our first experience camping at an NPS site. Flush toilets/ bathroom was immaculate, with additional sinks outside for washing dishes, brushing teeth, etc. Drinking water available. Quiet at night. Comfortably cool nights in late August. We took the Transept trail the next morning and saw breathtaking views of the adjacent canyon. Park rangers were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Next time we're going back for multiple nights.

Great location not crowded and very clean restrooms. Any site would be nice but look for the lower numbered one as you start in some have views of the canyon. The drive in is worth it just for the scenery. You can’t go wrong going here. Great weather the second week in September.

Great site although it sloped heavily. The camp site was beautiful and quiet. The laundry was disappointing as more than half the machines were out of order.

Our time on the North Rim was the best time anyone could experience. Beth and I were treated to the grandest view in the world. Learned, and enjoyed the land that was set aside just for us
