Clean, quiet and relaxing. Friendly and helpful staff. Even though the campground was full, it didn't feel cramped.
The only drawback was that the website did not mention that the showers/laundry were closed due to water restrictions. Wish I would have known that ahead of time. The sponge bath in the men's room wasn't too awkward.
The views from the lodge are impressive. There's a large viewing lounge in the lobby that opens to patios on both sides. Probably the most comfortable place to enjoy the north rim.
Driving to the eastern overlooks is also worthwhile. Bring a chair, find a nice spot, and soak in the views while enjoying a cool drink. The short hikes ( less than a mile) listed in the pocket map are easy. The Cape Final trail wasn't exactly easy and took me about 4 hours round trip. Note: I'm closer to 70 yrs old than 60.
I most definitely recommend a visit to the north rim.

Excellent camping ⛺️, pour nous français c'était un honneur de pouvoir camper près du canyon! Magnifique!

The water in the showers needs to be hotter. I do not mind paying for a shower. I do mind paying for a lukewarm shower. Also, it would be nice to minimize the hours the generators can run. Doing that might encourage people to get a solar panel set up. The National Parks are a great place to help educate people about being more environmentally conscious (and not being a noisy neighbor 😄)

Labor Day Weekend 2022 - Great weather, decent neighbors who respected quiet time, cell service at my campsite (21). This site didn't really lend itself to a large tent however, it was pretty sloped and would have been perfect for a trailer or RV. The bees were a real problem, take the warning seriously and bring a net tent to eat in or you will never have a moment of piece during meals. I had to eat in my tent all weekend so I could have an beverage uncovered while I ate. Coming back for the end of the year.
The women's showers were on with hot water over labor day but it's "on demand" hot water so depending on usage you are not promised a hot shower. It was delightful after a long hard hike.

Wonderful campground. Great location, with a couple of nice hiking trails right off the campground. We had a peak-a-boo view of the Grand Canyon - very picturesque. Sites were very clean and well maintained. Would definitely stay here again.

Really enjoyed the camp ground and activities available. The showers and laundry were shut off the day after we got there so that was my only complaint.
