What Guests Are Saying
The North Rim Campground is highly praised for its spacious and well-maintained sites, beautiful natural surroundings, and proximity to the Grand Canyon views. Campers appreciate the friendly and helpful staff, clean facilities, and the availability of a general store with essential supplies. Although there were some issues with water access and restroom cleanliness during a recent fire evacuation, the overall experience remains positive, with many expressing a desire to return in the future.

Janet at check in was amazingly friendly and helpful. So was Bill, cg volunteer...good team! Clean campsites....except bee hive at site 29.
Couldn't sit out and enjoy due to allergy to bee stings.

The campground is very nice, quiet clean and with a number of very useful services including laundry and a general store. Unfortunately we only realised there that all scenic drive were not accessible with our RV and this has limited the overall experience which would be otherwise excellent. We suggest to clearly advice on this limitation when booking the stay and we would expect nps to provide an alternative solution (a shuttle?) to go through those wonderful roads

The view to the rim at the campground is fantastic, and even better with sunset. Hiking trails are starting right next to it.
The campground is quiet at night.

The spot (#069) is well guarded by two trees at the entrance that are 15’ apart and two at the exit that are 14’ apart. The difference is that the entry trees are across from each other on the paved pull through drive but the exit trees follow the road so that the angle makes the actual width much less. I backed out when leaving. 24’ TT with pick up. The spot was almost level and within a short walk to the restrooms. There is a well-stocked General Store/Gift shop. Wood was a bargain. Short drive to the Lodge and village. Watch out for deer crossing the road near dusk. Gas is available at a reasonable price. Don’t stop in Jacob’s Lake on the way (rip off).

Wonderful place. Some of the campsites seem close together, but mine was fine. Clean standard bathrooms. Potable water accessible. Loved it!
