Clean camp and most importantly clean bathrooms. Close campsites but not too close, enough for privacy.

Host in Loop C was really nice. Clean campground. Quite with each space having their own privacy. Well maintained and kept up. Definitely will return.

The campsite literally did not exist. The loop only goes up to number 16 or 18, and we had reserved #26...

We love the campground and have been there quite a few times, but the campground hosts are pretty much worthless. Every time we've been there there have been one or two groups that were making a lot of noise, running generators, playing music etc after the 10PM quiet time, and the hosts are no where to be found. We've had to walk across the entire campground and knock on the host's door (the host in Loop A), and ask them to tell the loud people to quiet things down. Now, there's absolutely no way that the hosts could not hear the commotion that was going on as it echos throughout the entire campground. There is absolutely zero proactive measures taken to make sure that at 10 PM the campground is quiet. One visit we complained every night and the Loop A campground host did absolutely nothing. Instead he called the Forest Ranger and let him handle it in the morning. Meanwhile the noise continued until the wee hours of the morning. There have also been times when the host in Loop C ran his VERY loud generator ALL DAY! Talk about an annoying camping experience! Beautiful and comfortable campground, if you like late night noise and no help from useless hosts.

Quiet and clean. Lovely campground to take a young first time camper for an excellent overnight experience. Dark skies at night for viewing. Wildlife including tarantulas. How cool. Nearby ponds and lakes for fishing. Yay !!

We love this place! Many of the campsites have extraordinary views of Roosevelt Lake, the Coyote Campground has flush toilets and solar showers (awesome), and the campground is well maintained by a host of volunteers and staff that do a great job taking care of Windy Hill Campground.

Clean, spacious campsites with extra large picnic tables and good sized firepits. Bathrooms and water convenient to sites. Most sites are wooded and pretty private. The hosts were very friendly and provided firewood nightly (for a fee) and answered questions. Quiet throughout the day and night.

The campsites are just as described. A bit close together. Restrooms are clean. Campground is near gas stations and shops so you don't need to go far to pick up and forgotten items.

Loved the area - quiet and relaxing. Close to shopping. I didn't have a choice of sites that were available for the dates I needed, and site 25 is on a hill. I had trouble leveling my Class C and the effort was not a good start to my stay. My attitude quickly changed after I started enjoying my surroundings. Great place to walk or bike. Hosts are helpful and friendly.
