This is the best camp site we have ever been to. The hosts, Jen and Frank work diligently to keep the bathrooms (vaulted toilets) incredibly clean. The sites are very well maintained.
Now, there is only room for 1 car per site. There are some parking spots up the road that could be used for that extra vehicle, but best bet is to either limit to 1 car, or book 2 sites.
This campground is right on Oak Creek. Sites 14, 15 and 16 have private paths directly down to the water.
There is road noise as it’s right off the road. The creek really covers it up and at night it’s all creek and bug noises so it’s incredibly relaxing.
This campground is not very private. We actually enjoyed chit chatting with the hosts and our neighbors so this was not a bad thing. If you’re looking for exclusion, there are other sites up the road.
We loved this campground. We did have to book months ahead of time. It was worth the wait!!!

The campground was great. Only 18 sites total so I was lucky to get a spot for our Sedona trip. Campground does not allow music so you don’t have to worry about loud music going all hours of the night, which is nice. The highway is right next to the campground but it just becomes background noise once you’re settled in. There is a very nice creek that runs next to the campground as well so be sure to check that out and get some photos.

The quality of the "potable" water by sites 10 and 11 is not good. The water has a high degree of turbidity, suspended particulates, and a bad taste. Otherwise the campsite is good.
