The site was very nice and clean. Covered in shade. Our site was perfect for swimming and fishing. Restrooms next the site. Our kids said this was their favorite site. Very friendly hosts and park rangers.

Site 26 had an amazing view and was right on the water. It was probably the coolest campsite we have ever stayed at! It also had water hook-up which was a bonus. Only gave the park 4 stars however, because the showers weren't the cleanest and also the water was cold and the spray lasted maybe 15 seconds.

Bathroom floors were very dirty and door to handicap stall did not lock. Weeds/ grass were very tall. Repairs needed to be made on fencing. Swings and playground were missing. Trees definitely need trimming before the limbs poke someone in the eyes. Place seems to be falling into disrepair!! Very sad! We have always loved this place.

Sites were clean and so we're the bathrooms. Several of our group made comments that even the new site they created weren't flat. 2 out of 3 had to use leveling blocks and maxed them out with the campers still uneven

This is a beautiful campground right on the shores of Beaver Lake. Since it is near the dam, the water is very clear and clean. The facilities are really nice as well. Spacious between sites and most have a fire ring that you can use.

The access to most sites was very manageable (for a camper). All the sites were well maintained and clean. The sites surround the bathrooms so they are all about the same distance away. You are on a peninsula so great views, swimming, and fishing opportunities await you! The restrooms/showers were clean and in working order. Definitely plan on returning!

Grass was long, needed mowing (other recreation areas on the Lake were mowed). Bathrooms not kept stocked, the men's showers are still broken (same as last October). The newly improved sites are fantastic, just wish they would take better care of the grounds in general, fix the restrooms and dry the floor in the restrooms (maybe run a fan?).
