The campsite and fellow campers were awesome. However, the park ranger, Jeremy, and the woman working the booth, Sammie, were extremely rude to us and treated us very poorly. There was a mixup with our reservation (mixup caused by park employee, Kathy), and instead of working with us to figure it out, we were forced to pack up and leave at 8:00 at night. The campers moving into our spot were very cordial and willing to work on finding an easy solution, but Jeremy and Sammie chose to be rude and unwilling to work with us.

Site 10. Not on island which seemed really busy. Fantastic waterfront site. Very quiet. Not crowded. Folks at the booth were very friendly. Bathrooms are vault, not a big deal unless you’re in a tent.

We camped on site # 22 which has a new, reinforced lake wall resulting in an expanded pad. This not only allows more room to spread out but also makes it easier/safer to maneuver all vehicles into position. This much needed improvement is similar to other campsite improvements that we observed. Thank you COE!

Very good experience.
My only complaint would be that way too many cars were allowed into the campground to sightsee and not
camp.

We loved it at the Dam Site campground. It was very nice. We did try the hiking trail and it wasn’t well labeled so we lost our way on it but the campsite was great.

Beautiful view of the lake with a large campsite! We were able to have our 22ft pontoon, 37ft 5th wheel and our truck on the campsite.
