I really liked the site. It was spacious and not right up next to others. A nice view of the water but back far enough you dont feel the wind coming off the lake. I will visit again!

I camped during offseason in the first week of November. Site was as expected, plenty of room, the park was nice. There was no attendant the entire weekend, which may have been due to the shutdowns or the season. I'm not sure. Main problem was that the electric was not on at the site when I arrived. I tried to call the number listed but reached no one. Someone came by the second night of my stay to notify me the electric was back on- they had contacted someone at the park. My trip wasn't greatly affected because I had a generator and enough battery power to operate off grid without issue, but if you were not prepared for that I imagine it could ruin your stay (or at least the groceries in your rv). I hope it was only a one time issue. But plan accordingly.

My family and I had the BEST camping trip ever last week. The site we had was absolutely perfect, the playground was nice for our kids, and even just walking around the park was so beautiful and comfortable. Can’t wait to go back in the spring!

Very pleasant experience overall. Some seasonal timing issues with reserving campsites the end of October. Our site with water was available while the whole area without water was closed. Seems backwards to me but must be for some reason. Also the nice bathhouse open the 30th was locked up the 31th.

The environment was clean and well maintained, security was present and regularly patrolling, which made the camping feel safe. Bathrooms were okay, could use a little more care, overall a positive and comfortable camping place.

Absolutely fabulous... Campground was well maintained from the camp hosts to vault bathroom. The grounds were manicured like a golf course, the bathrooms were steam cleaned, security from sheriff department and the park rangers were daily, camp hosts did rounds frequently. Camping was as good as the fishing
