Beautiful location on Beaver Lake for for sure. Most sites are roomy, others are kind of tight on the water. The place was well kept, and for the most part, clean. Didn't realize they didn't have water or sewer hook up until we arrived. but free dump when leaving.

Minimal shade at site 100. Should have a cover built over the table for that one.

It's not what we expected. It's an old campground. We didn't notice when booking there was no water hookup. The campsite was nice right on the water. We enjoyed using the fire pit each night. Other campers brought us some firewood. Campers were so nice and friendly. Sunsets were beautiful! The pea gravel was a nuisance when tracked in camper. Overall nice trip, but will book elsewhere.

I am so sorry our state and national parks are losing funding. While our trip was fabulous, it is apparent that the funding is, in general, contributing to less staff, making other staff be overworked. Thanks for doing the best you all can,

First of all, I would like to recognize Joy at the front gate. PHENOMENAL employee! I initially had trouble getting into my reserved spot and she went above and beyond finding me another beautiful spot. Thank you! Spot #75 was peaceful and near the lake. Highly recommend it.
