No shade and hot at this low altitude in the summer. Be nice if sun shades were installed over picnic tables like at McGee Creek campground.

Dennis and Bill were amazing hosts. They were very kind and friendly. The facilities were very well maintained during COVID-19. We booked for 2 nights and ended up staying for 4 nights. We will definitely be back.

Great experience at Convict Lake. Camp Host Dennis is attentive and runs a tight ship. 4th of July was peaceful and quiet. Dennis and Bill do an amazing job of meeting all the campers needs and keeping the campground spotless. Much Gratitude!

Great place to camp! Easy to access and well maintained. Wish there were larger trees and a bit more shade on the camp spots, but there’s plenty of shade around the lake for warmer days.

Nice and clean. Not much shade and some sites are small for tents. Most people here has a RV or trailer though.

The campground was clean and toilets were very nice. It was a great experience but not all the unit I got was not nearly as pretty as the others! I think any after 40-60 were in the worst section. Avoid if possible and pick another spot. I'll be better prepared next time
