What Guests Are Saying
Eshom Campground is praised for its beautiful and serene location, with clean facilities, a helpful host, and enjoyable amenities like a nearby creek and meadow for stargazing. Many guests appreciated the quiet atmosphere and the opportunity for family bonding in a secluded environment. However, accessing the campground can be challenging, requiring a rugged vehicle due to rough roads, and it is relatively far from major attractions like Sequoia Park. Some visitors experienced issues with smoke from prescribed burns during their stay.

The site was big and bathrooms were super clean. However, was a total nightmare to find the campground with gps and from the rec.gov site

Great place to camp, but I’m glad we got to visit before the campfire restrictions went into place.

The campground was spotless and the camp host was amazing , we’re used to seeing him in big meadow but it was good to have him in eshom this year. Bathrooms were also spotless and clean

It was ok. Bathrooms were clean, people were friendly. However, very secluded, 30min off road path to get there and there are a ton of bugs/mosquitos, much more than other sites. Sites themselves arent very well kept, didnt stay the 2nd night. Stayed in Big Meadow dispersed camping area, 10x better!
