wasps are absolutely off the charts and are everywhere. makes for an unpleasant experience. I would definitely not go back without checking wasp activity.

I camped at Dogwood campground a number of time over the past several years and I am always happy with the cleanliness, and the overall care of this campground. Camp hosts and other care takers are always friendly and helpful. Can't wait for next years camping season to open up.

This campground is so so beautiful! I would recommend to get a site in the very back of the park, unless you don't mind hearing cheering in the morning from the high school (even on weekends). The only thing we had to be careful of was the tree above our fire hanging down lower than we would have liked for fire safety. Overall it was a great experience and we can't wait to come stay again!

One of my favorite places in the mountains of SoCal to stay.
Beware - they're not joking when they say space 10 has a "severe" grade! Bring lots of leveling blocks and chocks... you'll probably need them!

In accordance with standard industry practices, Mountain Top Recreation will be assessing a $8 additional vehicle fee per night on the second vehicle in each single family campsite, and on the third and fourth vehicles in any double family campsite, provided these vehicles are not joined to the first vehicle by a hitch and towed onto the site. In the case of motorcycles, the first two are considered to be one vehicle and the third and fourth are also considered to be one vehicle. No additional vehicle fees are collected for bicycles. |
