What Guests Are Saying
Lake Mary Campground offers beautiful scenery, clean facilities, and friendly hosts, making it a great option for outdoor enthusiasts. Many visitors enjoyed activities like canoeing and stargazing, and appreciated the presence of flush toilets and paved trails. However, some sites are cramped and bear activity can be a concern, so visitors are advised to secure food properly and consider the site's layout before booking.

The campsite is walking distance to the lake. Lots of shade and very close to the bathrooms. The bathrooms were cleaned daily.

We had site 16 which should NOT be a site at all. The hosts were outstanding, campground vibe was fine.
BUT with any rain, the campsite itself was designed to flood. It was such a mess we almost left except we had a hike planned we didn't want to miss. The area around our bear box was an absolute mud hole.

Beautiful lake with a rugged high Sierra backdrop with fabulous bike trails.
Campground host was the only one disturbing what was orherwise a relaxing few days with his extremely noisy leaf blower going before 7am and at other times during the day, blowing clouds of dirt we we forced to breathe, blasting John Denver albums outside in his site, and let his dog wander off leash so it came to our site causing a confrontation with our dogs which caused my old dog injury.

I love this campsite. I'm here once a year during the summer. I just wish they had showers. Going to Twin lake store to shower for $8 a person is inconvenient. The host were kind and helpful. No reception here.

Campsite has nice view. Fairly close to water and bathroom. However, you have to park below campsite and walk up small hill that is very slick because of smooth rocks and loose gravel. Fortunately my son was able to bring everything up to site. Several people in sites 47 and 48 just stayed below in parking lot in their RV's.
