What Guests Are Saying
Pine Glen offers a fantastic camping experience with friendly and helpful hosts, particularly Merle, and well-maintained, clean facilities. The campground features ample space for groups, plenty of shade, and is conveniently located near various activities. However, some visitors noted issues with limited parking space, a lack of showers, and extra vehicle fees, but these did not overshadow the overall positive experience.

It was beautiful and I love that it has a complete feeling of seclusion but it's a 5 min drive into town if you absolutely need something and 5-10 min away from every hiking trail. I will camp here again

Great campground for a group but, too many bears! They visited us at least once a day/nights and destroyed 2 tents. We'll still go back.

The site caretaker was awesome. Friendly, informative, and courteous. The campsites were orderly and the bathrooms clean. A little hard to find the camping area especially when driving in at night.

A group of 12 friends and I camped at Pine Glen while in Mammoth for the Mammoth Gran Fondo. It's a great campground, very clean, and the sites are perfect for sharing with large groups. I will stay here again!

This was one of the worst camping experiences. There was a LARGE RV camper who refused to move out of our campsite. He parked his RV right on top of us, left his generator running, was rude, would not cooperate & flatly refused to leave citing car problems. He refused to be towed simply bc he did not want to pay. And worstly, the park staff and police would not remove him even though he was being rude & belligerent with our tent campers even though we were friendly and offered to help him in the beginning. Once we learned he was NOT leaving simply bc he didn't want to pay to get towed or get help, this changed our outlook and we realized he was FULLY INTENT on disrupting our camping experience. I would like to note that we spoke with several staffers, police, etc and no one was willing & able to help us get the RV moved.
