Nice spot, away from most. Closest to the bathrooms - but still far enough where it’s not a bother. The site fit a 5 person tent. Has a regular picnic table, small tall table, pole with hooks and a fire pit.

First thing you do when you get here? Pay twenty bucks a night to sleep outside. No joke. We spent half the day driving around trying to find a spot that wasn’t full, and when we finally did, the ranger treated it like a hotel check-in. $20 a night for dirt and flies SO MANY FLIES.
Then a family emergency hit, and we had to leave early. I asked for a refund nothing crazy, just for the nights we didn’t stay. Over a week later, the only thing they sent me was a “please leave a review” email. So here it is.
If you’re thinking about coming here, don’t. The lake’s disgusting this time of year, the staff’s tone-deaf, and the place just isn’t worth the money or the hassle. there was only one part of the trip that I will remember and it was nowhere near the camp site a little family owned shop called "The I forget shop" if I ever go back it will only be for those sweet people, got a question about fishing they got a answer, hunting they know all about it, they know it all great people and gave us free coffee for the road.

Generally a nice campsite. Very isolated. Unfortunately, the app didn't tell us when booking that the restrooms were out of service, but it was fine for one night. We were traveling with a 21-foot RV.

Terrible place to camp !! No trees for shade! If you think you need blankets you don’t ! Bathrooms are locked and the ones are open are TERRIBLE !! Nearest store are 20 to 25 minutes away. The only bright side was the view of the lake but going down to the lake take a car. Once you get down there’s so many rocks water spells very moldy because of how much mud there was.
