What Guests Are Saying
Dinkey Creek offers a beautiful natural setting with excellent hiking opportunities and friendly camp hosts who provide helpful service. The campground is well-maintained, and many visitors appreciate the spacious campsites and clean facilities. However, issues such as the lack of functioning flush toilets and potable water have caused some inconveniences, alongside noise from generators and nearby campers. Overall, many families enjoy returning to this campground for its charm and the memorable experiences it provides.

People who come here don’t seem to enjoy the wilderness. All night long loud music, and laser shows. In addition lots of trash around the campsites. Seems as if all they do is sweep around the campfire but don’t pick up the trash left in the bushes. Easy to say next time I come here I won’t be spending the night.
Aside from the “camping” experience, the wilderness is beautiful once you get outside of the campground area

Everything was well this year. I like that the staff made sure all bathrooms were clean more often than before. In the past they only came 3 times tops. This year they came around 6-7 times. My only downfall is the roads. The small roads to the campsite need some TLC (cover the pot holes with asphalt).

My family and I had a really amazing time here at Dinky Creek Campgrounds. We explored the creek and enjoyed the cool water and places to lounge around up there. The campsite was so well up kept and clean and I appreciated the amenities such as restrooms, showers and areas to clean ur feet and shoes. The camp directors were so very kind and helpful!! I will highly recommend this place to everyone and we will definitely be coming back!!!! Thk u all so very much!!!! We had a very pleasant stay!!

Our family has been going to Dinkey Creek for about 45 yrs. Same loop, same spot! It was a wonderful experience and the staff are always so friendly. The only thing wrong was some inconsiderate people decided to hide LOTS of trash behind a log by our campsite. But, we wouldn't have discovered it if we hadn't walked back there. Everything looked good until that! I know it's not anyone's fault except the people who decided to leave it there. We love Dinkey Creek and the staff.
