The campground was in a great location, remote, quiet, with lots of beautiful nature. We took advantage of several hiking trails interwoven amongst the campsites. Our campsite was steps away from the shower/bathroom, and had a fire ring, grill, picnic table and ample room for our 4-person tent. The showers could have been better maintained; one of the women's room showers couldn't process quarters, and no water came out, but the other one had hot water with good pressure. Overall, an excellent stay for 2 days.

Great Lake. It seemed we had it to ourselves. It was the end of October with perfect weather.
The boys water skied and I relaxed.
The camping ground was crowded do to the end of the season closures. Looking forward to next season.

Great if you have cell phone service. Otherwise you need to find a spot where you can complete registration without losing cell service. Best if campground is near a town or city.

A very nice family-style campground with good amenities and services. The showers are coin operated so bring some quarters if you plan on using them. There were some loud folks one night who were up pretty late but it wasn't horrible. The water level of the lake was very very low so we had to hike down to the water level for fishing. Coming back up was brutal. Overall, a great experience and I plan on returning very soon.

Over all a good trip. There needs to be more information on campsites as well as better markings of camp spots.

I usually go to Glory Hole side but it’s had problems for 3+ years and wasn’t open this summer. Tuttle Town side is ok but the campsites need to be cleaned as well as the bathrooms. Every year I cross my fingers that the campgrounds will go back to the way they were before they raised the price and started charging for day use and boat launch. It’s a great place just needs some guidance. Fingers crossed 🤞!!

This is a quiet time of year, so the campground (Acorn) was almost empty. Yet the park was maintained, with restroom service and trash collection. The lake is low, so not so good for water activities along the shore. Trails were open and I took a great hike with the dog.
