What Guests Are Saying
Nevada Beach Campground is highly praised for its stunning location near Lake Tahoe, clean facilities, and friendly staff, particularly campground hosts Adam and Janet. Campers enjoy the beautiful combination of sandy beaches and pine forests, as well as the peaceful atmosphere, especially during the shoulder season. While reservations can be challenging to secure and some amenities, like restrooms, need improvement, the overall experience is characterized by cleanliness and a welcoming environment, making it a favorite for many.

Great campground, really nice bathrooms and very easy access to the lake. Would definitely stay here again. Grocery store within 5 minutes for any food or supplies you might need, close to downtown lake tahoe as well

The campsites are all nicely sized and not too close. It's close to the beach and also basically still in the city area of South Lake Tahoe, so you have all of the amenities you need nearby.

Many campsites stayed empty for up to two nights. The pretend campers in recreation vehicles and trailers that were in most occupied campsites never cooked on their campfire, and a most never even had a campfire. Why look at the stars on a dark night when TV is available?

Nice clean campgrounds. Easy access to the beach. Very quiet at night which was nice. The only thing that would have made it perfect is if the camp hosts were a bit nicer. If you make a mistake be prepared to be treated as if you are a criminal and met with a lot of attitude. I know they deal with all kinds of people but it would be nice if you were given a bit more kindness and the benefit of the doubt. If you can avoid them or overlook the rudeness, it’s a really nice vacation.
