What Guests Are Saying
Nevada Beach Campground is highly praised for its stunning location near Lake Tahoe, clean facilities, and friendly staff, particularly campground hosts Adam and Janet. Campers enjoy the beautiful combination of sandy beaches and pine forests, as well as the peaceful atmosphere, especially during the shoulder season. While reservations can be challenging to secure and some amenities, like restrooms, need improvement, the overall experience is characterized by cleanliness and a welcoming environment, making it a favorite for many.

Quiet family campground that allows dogs. Water is not filtered, but reportedly drinkable.

Our campsite had an awkward layout and we had to move the picnic table.

Went on the beach that had a no dogs sign on beach, but yet ther were plenty of dogs swimming without leashes. Two dogs almost ran into my daugthers. Could of hurt them. I also saw a few dogs poop and the owners didnt clean up.

Campground is very nice, location is right on the beach. Camp host were fantastic. People leaving the beach will walk right through your campground to get to there car, super annoying! This will happen all day.

The staff were nice and took the time to explain the check-in process. Bathrooms were clean. Campsites are spacious and only a few yards away from the beach!

We have camped at Nevada Beach several times since we first learned about it 19 years ago, and it has NEVER disappointed us! The location is absolutely beautiful, the campground is well laid out for spacious sites and lovely views, and campground hosts always keep the location and facilities clean. The only problem with this campground is the difficulty in getting reservations, but, obviously, that is because it is such a great place.
