What Guests Are Saying
Nevada Beach Campground is highly praised for its stunning location near Lake Tahoe, clean facilities, and friendly staff, particularly campground hosts Adam and Janet. Campers enjoy the beautiful combination of sandy beaches and pine forests, as well as the peaceful atmosphere, especially during the shoulder season. While reservations can be challenging to secure and some amenities, like restrooms, need improvement, the overall experience is characterized by cleanliness and a welcoming environment, making it a favorite for many.

Host keep the place very clean and communicating late arrivals. Way too many rules about parking in the Beach Parking lot- No trailers not even small ones that could fit in a parking spot, not cool. I can see it on busy weekends but not on weekdays.

Nevada Beach is amazing - best place to camp at Tahoe by far. Sad thing is everyone knows this and so you are extremely lucky if you manage to book a site.

Great location and proximity to beach. Need to enforce occupancy limits though. Site next to ours for most of our two week stay had up to twelve people overnight with associated noise and encroachment on our site, During the stay, one anchor family with other families coming in to camp a few days and departing. This was not the only site I observed doing this.

I work near this campground and when I went on my break to drop off the RV, I was met by Donna. I explained that I am just dropping it off and have to head back to work and my husband is going to take me back to work. She said if he what's to come in, it will be $9. I said we are not staying, he's just picking me up and we are leaving. She again stated that she will have to charge us $9. Just for going in. That's the rules and she has to abide by them. Well, I had the farthest site from the entrance and had to walk back with a bad hip to the front. When I arrived at the front she makes the comment "I see you made it" She want's act like she follows the rules however my friends have experienced where she allows them to drive in their tow vehicle behind their RV and she says' 'that's a tow vehicle,,right". No charge. I found she is a stickler with some and not others. I have not seen a rule where you are not allowed to drive thru the campground to pick up someone. I hope I never have to run into again as she acts sweet but isn't.

Beautiful location, great campground, fantastic staff!
Please limit generator use. The noise and fumes are noxious and unnecessary.
