What Guests Are Saying
Nevada Beach Campground is highly praised for its stunning location near Lake Tahoe, clean facilities, and friendly staff, particularly campground hosts Adam and Janet. Campers enjoy the beautiful combination of sandy beaches and pine forests, as well as the peaceful atmosphere, especially during the shoulder season. While reservations can be challenging to secure and some amenities, like restrooms, need improvement, the overall experience is characterized by cleanliness and a welcoming environment, making it a favorite for many.

Gorgeous campsite! Right by the water and the dog beach was so much fun. No showers but the bathrooms were clean and had soap. Overall really had a good time and will be back.

Nice location for beach and sunsets, we were there during the week not a busy weekend or holiday, our thoughts it could be a very high traffic area during high season times. we had a few people going thru our campsite kind of obliviously . If that's not a deterrent for you, great spot.

Busy campground...generators, air compressors (paddle boards), children riding bicycles 7 am, beaches are crowded. However it is stunning. Hard to get a reservation.

Nice flat site, like most if not all of the sites at this campground. Ample room for 2+ tents. Not far from bathrooms or beach. Walking distance (~45 mins), mostly on trails, to all the Stateline action. One of the best beaches in Tahoe, but it's also open access to the general public and gets slammed early in the morning on weekends during the summer w/day trippers and their loud music and kids.

Site 44 had a two week stay around August 27 with small barking dogs. They left the dogs in the RV for several hours many times and the dogs barked 90% of the time. This is not safe for the dogs and was irritating for the rest of us. They should have been told to control there animals. BTW we have dogs and they are well controlled and we never leave them alone, So are the campground rules. Please remind the camp host and rangers to fix this issue.

Camp hosts and team are wonderful. Campsite was super clean. Unfortunately, the SQUIRRELS ARE UNBEARABLE! I tried to eat outside and was surrounded by 10 squirrels darting thru my feet and table. Moved lunch into my RV and the squirrels climbed the RV door while I ate. And this was same day South Tahoe announced the Plague was transmitted to a human at a local campground via squirrels.
