What Guests Are Saying
Nevada Beach Campground is highly praised for its stunning location near Lake Tahoe, clean facilities, and friendly staff, particularly campground hosts Adam and Janet. Campers enjoy the beautiful combination of sandy beaches and pine forests, as well as the peaceful atmosphere, especially during the shoulder season. While reservations can be challenging to secure and some amenities, like restrooms, need improvement, the overall experience is characterized by cleanliness and a welcoming environment, making it a favorite for many.

Nice site, space at the back is just forest, so feels private.

Currently staying here and it's beautiful. Campsites are about a 1/8th mile from the beach, which is kept very clean. Campsites are well equipped with bear boxes, sturdy fire pit/bbq's and picnic tables.
We lucked out on this place, totally recommended.

Great 2 night stay in our tents. Love the area of course. Clean camp and very friendly hosts. Convenient Safeway nearby for misc needed items. Surprising drawbacks were that there were no showers and the highway noise from cars and trucks were louder than I would expect at night. Those in mobile homes probably had no problem with this. Aside from that, it was a Great Stay!

You really have to work at getting a campsite here; but, it is worth the effort. What did I enjoy the most at Nevada Beach Campground? The proximity to the beach and the beautiful surroundings. The staff is first rate. They clean and rake each site daily. I was very impressed with their stewardship. They really work hard, so be kind and clean up after yourself. Great beach. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets. If you can stand the ice cold water, go for a swim. I did. It was worth the drive up from Phoenix just for that. I've never enjoyed swimming more. All in all, I throughly enjoyed my 4 night stay. There are several good restaurants very close. Safeway is close. I spent my swimming time at Sand Harbor. Remember to pre book for parking at Sand Harbor or just stay at Nevada Beach. I swam there last night. Wonderful. Cheers!

Clean campground, well maintained, and quiet. Great location for bike riding--some gorgeous paths. Check out the Round Hill Pines resort that closed in the 50s (easy bike path) for some lovely views. The scenery can't be beat.

Beautiful campground! Sites are raked before arrival and restrooms were very clean. The staff was so friendly and helpful. We’ll return if we can get in; this place is busy!
