Lovely stars at night with the coyotes singing and two owls chatting, really sweet spot.

Absolutely great host and facilities. Most spots were separated enough for some privacy. Only downside is other campers shouldn’t have to tolerate loud music (Latino) during the day. It doesn’t matter what kind of music. Several hundred yards away and beyond that only 1 campsite had the loud music playing all day, but thankfully not at night. Other than that, we had a good experience

Nice campground, no hook ups. If you have a long trailer/truck combo, maneuvering through the campground can be stressful. Otherwise, fantastic location. Beware of bears, there are always bears wandering through the sites. Use the bear lockers!!

Good campground. It is in a residential neighborhood which is a little strange, but the facilities make up for it. They have flushing toilets & sinks in the bathrooms, good campsites (though it may be difficult to find a flat spot for a tent in some), and water spigots every 2-3 sites. There's a really cute market across from the entrance right on the lake. It's a must go for deliciously warm pastries in the morning with coffee. They also do lunch but I didn't get a chance to try that. Overall good place to stay!

The campsites are well spaced out and are great outdoor spaces. The camp hosts were super helpful and friendly. Location was great for all things Lake Tahoe!!

Mid week off season ... no one here. LOVE THAT! Secret gem in the heart of West Shore.

I am a retired Nat’l Park Service Mgr. (35+yrs) and supervised numerous campgrounds.
I am happy to say that your volunteer hosts were some of the best I have ever experienced. Restrooms were very, very clean. Campsites were swept and fire rings cleaned between arrivals Staff was both friendly and helpful.
Other: I’ve stayed at William Kent over 15 yrs. The new design has many obstacles and the asphalt pads are small and crumbling. I seem to damage my rv every trip. Rocks are poorly placed and gates are too narrow. Sites are sloped. You must block the road to fill your rv fresh water tank. You probably will need to do a second loop thru to dump.
It is still one of my favorite campgrounds. Be bear aware ! They are really here !
Bring your bike, gas up at home, Recommend the turkey sandwich at the Sierra House up the road and enjoy the best of Tahoe.

I love this campground because it is located next to so many attractions in the area within walking and biking distance including the gorgeous lake and I always feel like I am miles away from civilization.
