What Guests Are Saying
Hodgdon Meadow Campground is a clean, well-maintained facility with friendly staff and a peaceful atmosphere, making it an excellent base for exploring Yosemite. Many campers appreciated the beautiful natural surroundings and the cleanliness of the restrooms. However, some sites are sloped and close together, which might impact comfort and privacy for certain visitors. Overall, it’s a highly recommended spot for campers looking to enjoy the beauty of Yosemite.

This emplacement not perfectly flat for an RV. This campground is great but quite far from Yosemite Village if you planned to hike for this place. When we arrived late at this emplacement, 3 cars where parked there making us impossible to park our RV in a flat position. So we parked elsewhere.

No hiking available from this campsite - you have to drive to see anything or hike. Bathrooms are small and old. Not bad, just not as nice as most other parks we’ve been to.

The individual camping slots are very irregular, some are quite big and the space among them sufficient but others are tinny and quite crowded among them. Same situation with the parkings. A little standarization would be amazing for a fairer experience.

Overall good, it's just the site we're at is a bit slanted so I kept sliding down (I didn't use a sleeping pad). My friends who slept on one seem to have no problem

Camp hosts and rangers were wonderful. For the most part, quiet hours were followed and enforced.
The downside was that the site was mostly very fine dirt. My kids were filthy, but they had a ton of fun!

Not that great of a campground in all honesty. Campsites are close together, not much (if anything) separating campsites from one another. I wouldn’t stay here again.

this spot was mountainous & steep we were on a slant & the campsites are close together, but if you’re like me & you don’t mind those things the campground is beautiful, high up so it gets cold at night but the trees around it are gorgeous & it’s close to a gas station & about 45 minutes from yosemite valley but the drive is pretty
