Well managed campsite, with breath-taking views. All amenities and attractions are close-by. If you find an open-spot, do not hesitate to book!

I reserved a camp site for two nights. When we went there there was heavy rain during whole night and more rain was expected. In the morning the park rangers came and said we can get a refund for our second night if we decide to leave. We told it while leaving at the gate. Person there said he would look at it. However I have not received any refunds.

Upper Pines is conveniently located close to Mirror Lake. The restrooms are heated . There was adequate space for two large vehicles. It got pitch dark at night, which I liked. We weren’t hassled at all by park staff.
