We had a lovely long weekend. Biked around camp, kayaked in the reservoir and enjoyed the night skies. Chapman is a special place and we will return. The camp hosts were great-very friendly and helpful.

Take I-70 west of Denver to Glenwood Springs, Colorado. Take exit 116
(Highway 82) south to Basalt. At Basalt, take Frying Pan Road. Go 29
miles to Chapman Campground.
The campground is accessible via I-70, which is approximately 29 miles from the exit at Glenwood Springs. From I-70, take exit 116 for Highway 82 south to Basalt, then follow Frying Pan Road to the campground.
