when I looked at the location of my site on line it appeared to be near a lake and a river. Nice. In reality the site was facing the back side of the reservoir which is a wall, the lake was the still gross water on the other side of the damn wall. The river was across a road and the location of the campsite was also up a hill from a parking lot that nearby sites parked at and had to walk through our site to get to theirs. Do not book 09,

Could not make it to campground. Road was 4x4 and high clearance only on 08/15/20.

Beautiful experience, we had camp site 47, great shade, also great for 1 tent, if you have more than 1 tent which we did, you have to search for a spot but I did find one. A little far from the lake, but I liked the less crowded site. The creek or river behind the site was great for an afternoon jump in one of the pools. It was cold, but refreshing like an ice bath, will definitely visit again.
