This was a very nice, smaller campsite that was well cared for. The camp hosts took very good care of the facilities. It is a trek from Basalt but worth the effort. The site is in trees, has water on two sides and a short walk to the greater reservoir. Recommend!

Our camp host, Jean, was great! She had so many great suggestions for hikes and fishing. She also gave us honest I go about bear activity in the area. ( none in the campground),

We were in site 1- it was comfortable but dusty due to its proximity to the entry road and the cross-roads.
