Site 17 is open and gets afternoon shade from large shrubs between the site and the road. Short walk to the bathrooms. Very private.

Our group of 11 over three adjacent campsites (33,34-35) had a great stay at Redstone Campground the last week in July 2023. The campsites with fire ring, bearbox, and picnic table had plenty of privacy with a very short walk in either direction to clean compost toilets and showers. We had a 10+ point buck in full velvet visit us twice during our 4 day stay. Camp Hosts were pleasant and accomodating. Highly recommend visiting the beautiful town of Redstone just a mile away with its art gallery, antigue shops and general store as well as the town of Marble 20 minutes south with its famous Slo Grovin BBQ restaurant and active marble quarry along the beautiful Crystal River. Aspen was only a 50 minute drive to the Maroon Bells.
