Positive experience way better than private campgrounds, we love public lands ! Super helpful staff and great facilities!

We stayed in site 16 in Osgood. The site was spacious and private. No shade though. It's a back-in site. The campground is beautiful and a short hike to town or a stunning bike ride into town. The showers were clean as were the toilets. we had electric . Osgood has electric the other side does not. If you're a cyclist there are many places to ride from mountain bike trails to paved road parallel to the main road. Would definitely come back.

We have camped here many times over many years and while we have found the facilities good to very good over those years, this year we found the current campground hosts did an Exemplary job of keeping all the restrooms and showers spotless and the grounds were clean and well kept. Although we did not get their names, the hosts were engaging and informative when we talked with them. Overall, it was an excellent experience this year and hope to have the same next year.

Karen and Rob are awesome campground hosts! Went well beyond expectations - friendly, helpful, always happy to share information and ideas to make your visit memorable. Sites are well-maintained and restrooms/showers are very clean. Great stay!

The actual location - Redstone - was excellent.
My problem is with their website not being specific enough about the low well water situation.
ALSO, Recreation.gov is very difficult to navigate.

Had a flat tire and campground hosts saved the day by having a 12 volt air pump. Great people. Also, they do a great job keeping the park facilities clean.
