Lovely campground conveniently located to the highway and Redstone. Very nice to have power and hot showers in the middle of July to run the AC a bit and rinse after soaking at Penny Hot Springs on the glorious Crystal River. The site was flat once I maneuvered to the left side. Going into Redstone for coffee and cell service added to the experience. Thank you.

The camp host on the electric side did a great job keeping the bathrooms clean. The views from the campsite are really beautiful.it was super hot when we were there so we spent a lot of time in the river. The town of Redstone is close by and it’s really a cute town and the shops are interesting. Next time we will come in the fall.

This campsite is excellently maintained with well spaced sites and great shower and toilet facilities. The hosts are immensely helpful. Location and scenery perfect. Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

Actually has 30amp outlets even though the site didn't say that (or I misunderstood). I was pleasantly surprised because there was a heat wave while I was there. There's also water, which is so hard to find at Colorado campgrounds in that whole region. I was also surprised at how much I loved this campground, and the great shoreline along the river with tons of places to hang out or to swim. It's a quick drive to lots of things, including a town with all the conveniences. I'm definitely going back and will stay much longer next time.

Highway access
Redstone is accessible via I-70 to Highway 82, which is approximately 12 miles from Glenwood Springs, followed by Highway 133 south for about 15 miles.
Policies & Rules
Cancellation policy
- Reservation fees are non-refundable. For campsites, cabins, lookouts, yurts, group sites, and similar stays, we charge a reservation service fee of $8.
- Standard cancellations usually have a $10 cancellation fee. Customers can generally cancel before the check-in date online.
- Late cancellation rules differ by stay type.
- Individual campsites: cancelling after 12:00am local time the day before arrival usually means a $10 cancellation fee plus forfeiting the first night's fee.
- Cabins, lookouts, and yurts: cancelling less than 14 days before arrival usually means a $10 cancellation fee plus forfeiting the first night's fee.
- One-night reservations: a late cancellation usually forfeits the full amount paid, up to the total original reservation cost.
- Modifications are allowed before the cut-off window, but fees depend on the change. Changing to dates completely outside the original reservation dates may trigger a $10 change fee. Extending or shortening a stay that still includes original dates usually has no change fee, though refunds may depend on timing and facility rules. Switching to the same type of campsite for the same dates usually has no change fee, but price differences are charged or refunded.
- Early departures may or may not be refunded. At certain facilities, partial refunds may be possible if staff can mark the site available for other visitors. No refund is given for a night if the early departure is requested after that day's check-out time.
- Security deposits are separate. Security deposits may be refunded to the original payment method if the facility is left in acceptable condition, as determined by the property.
