Very easy to get to. Quiet and very peaceful, plenty of trees for hammocks and shade. Not too far away from town or other really good hiking trails. One problem and it wasn't a show stopper, but all the water outlets were closed or blocked off. Not sure if this was a covid precaution but we just brought extra water just in case.

Site was clean from previous occupant. Camp hosts Eric/Maryann(?) we’re very nice and helpful. Consistent rounds during day and night to make sure camp sites were doing well and bathrooms were kept clean and stocked. Will be back. Wish this site had better map of camp area

The hosts were wonderful. It was a beautiful campground, just wished we had more time on our reservation. Rampart reservoir is a really nice place to fishing or do water activities like Kayaking. The drive was a little bumpy for about 2-3 miles, not so bad if you drive really slow and enjoy the beautiful scenery. Would definitely be back.

Such a great campground with amazing views. We loved how clean the bathrooms were and the hike down to the lake and around the lake is so well maintained.
