It was farther out than we expected but it was great being away from everything. Lots of dirt trails and fishing spots. The campground is pristine. The host are friendly and helpful, keeping the place safe and clean. There's water and clean bathrooms, also a sink water drain. Would like to try and go again. It was a six hour plus drive from Denver if you don't stop long. That was the only negative.

#11 is a bit sunny so a canopy over the picnic table would have helped. The camp hosts, Edie and Felix are fantastic! The legacy of clean bathrooms that Orville and Beth started continues on with marked improvements of good smells and decor.
The camp spots are immaculate with clean fire rings, grills and picnic tables. Love this place!

It was absolutely fantastic!!! Gorgeous campsite, beautiful managers- Ms Edie and her husband were so friendly, helpful and caring and had wonderful advice on the surrounding areas to visit and could not have been more terrific! The toilets were extremely clean, did not smell, the entire campground was spacious, clean, inviting and very well kept! It’s now one of our new favorite spots- cannot wait to come back!
