Only if there is reflectors for the bathroom path. I was lost and couldn’t find my site for long time.

rangers are kind and facilities are spacious and clean. only downside was having food and toiletries stollen from bear box while we were hiking in the park. would be nice if boxes could also be locked to deter non bear thieves.

It is petty to make folks with campground reservations wait until 1 pm on the first day of a reservation to access Bear Lake Road. The change to this policy from last year degrades the experience. Some folks want to hike in the morning of the reservation and then check in at 1 pm at the campsite. The Park continues to foul up this timed reservation nonsense. For $35 I should have access to Bear Lake Road at any time on the first day of my camping reservation.

The Glacier Basin campground was clean and quiet. Our site was very spacious, and we were pleased with the distance we had between our site and the neighboring sites. The bathrooms were clean, the staff members we interacted with were knowledgeable and friendly, and we were able to navigate the shuttle system flawlessly thanks to their help.

What amazing place in every regard!! One thing to keep in mind is if your tent camping and hiking there for multiple days there are no showers and the water is pretty cold to try and rinse off by swimming in any creeks.

Campground was great! Mostly quiet at night with very clean bathrooms. Wonderful view of the mountains from field neighboring campground. It was also nice to be so close to the Bear Lake shuttle park and ride and to automatically have a pass to get onto Bear Lake Road. Definitely recommend this campground!

Great campground. Weather can be the biggest challenge. Campground hosts are wonder people, friendly and helpful. Ensure you are reading all the fine print as a lot of the spots have SHARED driveways! Including C075 & C076. Other campers were pretty loud even after quiet hours. Conversations from several spots over can be heard like they’re right next to you. Younger folks were loud & carrying on late into the night. It gets pretty cold at night, even in the height of summer, so ensure you have warm clothing and sleeping bags. It warms up nicely in the mornings though! Love the access to several trails from the campground; they’re less traveled and beautiful. Bathrooms are kept very clean, despite some messy campers.

Galcier Basin is a great spot to launch your hikes in the Bear Lake corridor. Be at Bear Lake or Glacier Basin trail heads in less than 15 minutes. No need for a timed entry.

Camped three nights at two different sites and our experience was excellent. We had a travel trailer at 17 feet and was able to use a generator in the early morning hours and in the evening. Bathrooms were clean, but no showers.
Able to drive throughout the park without hassle and see and hike everywhere we wanted.
