Beautiful place! We had a great spot for tent camping! Privacy not bad! But there were many empty spots where people did not show up! We were lucky that they had one spot left! It’s a shame people don’t call in and cancel their reservation.

Good campground with excellent access to the east side of the park. Site was a little open and visible to the road, which wasn't ideal for me as a solo female camper, but tent pad was plenty large and facilities were clean. No bear box at my specific site, but simply stored anything that might be an attractant in my car. Appreciated the use of a safe dishwashing station and proper flush toilets are a luxury while camping! Showers and laundry weren't available in the campground, but apparently cheap in the town nearby.
Be prepared for the weather - I wasn't expecting the temperature to drop below freezing but woke to ice coating my tent. Fortunately, my gear was up to the challenge of keeping me plenty warm, but it was definitely a lesson in preparedness.

The site was nice and fairly private, considering how close other campers were. Toilet facilities were super convenient and fairly clean, although a little rustic. Firepit was the perfect size for cooking, but it rained while we were there, so we were not able to use it. Very good experience. Beautiful views :).

Clean, well managed campground with potable water and flush toilets. Pines growing back in most loops which offers a lot of privacy. Meadow nearby full of elk with their bugling song all night, which is music to our ears!

Our campground hosts were incredibly accommodating and welcoming! We loved the campground and staying inside the park was such a special treat. Loved old fall road and did it twice!

I am a huge fan of the NPS. We visited Yellowstone, Grand Teton, and Rocky Mountain National Park on this most recent visit. All parks were exception: Clean, the staff curteous and the history of having access to the most beutiful landscapes in the world is monumental.
