Campers appreciate the spaciousness and privacy of the sites, as well as the friendly hosts. Nice quiet campground; smaller than the others along the road to Jefferson Lake. The hosts keep everything very clean including the toilets. Lots of wildlife around. Quick drive up to the lake. Nearby trails for hiking.

Nice smaller campsite that is located close to Jefferson Lake. Pit toilets and actual campsites were well maintained. Camp hosts Kevin and Misty were great.

Great time again at Aspen. Would’ve liked to buy some firewood from the host but none was to be found

We loved the campground, but our spot, #9, was right by the outhouse and when the wind blew just right, the smell was awful. There was no mention of this when I made the reservation or on the map when I picked the spot. If I had known that this spot was so close to the outhouse, I would have chosen another spot because I made my reservations 6 months in advance.

Great Place to Camp. Lot's to do. Fishing, Hiking. Plus the Camp Hosts were terrific. Truly saved us and went out of their way to help us when we were locked out of our vehicle. Would go back in a heartbeat!
