Never saw the host, bathrooms could have been a bit cleaner. Still a good experience but we've had better in previous years

Let's start with some names. Kim, Christie, Debbie, Mike. These are some great people with whom I had the pleasure of interacting. Understanding and approachable. The restrooms and campsites were spotless. Their willingness to answer questions was great. It was never like..."Oh...I'm too busy." No, they always made time. Christie was very understanding at the gate of Eleven Mile Canyon. She explained the costs and went out of her way to help me. Where DO...you get people like this? (Kim, Christie, Debbie, Mike). Five stars. Easy.

A beautiful area. The campsites are nicely spaced apart from each other with tall ponderosa pines and plenty of shade. We had some biting flies one afternoon, but bugs are part of camping. The vault toilets were clean. Eleven mile reservoir and Eleven mile canyon are must see places!

A small little campground nestled an hour or less away from areas to fish, kayak, raft, mountain bike or hike. One of the best things about it was the campground host, Debbie, who kept the sites and the bathrooms immaculate! I almost had to take a picture because they were so well-maintained.

We were in campsite #19. We had a 30 foot class C, 1 car and 2 tents. There was enough room for all! Site and bathrooms were clean. Not too far of a walk to the water pump. The pump nearest our campsite was not in use. The ground next to the camper site/parking area was kind of sloped. Was a bit tricky getting in & out of the camper but we managed. Very scenic area. We also hiked over to 11 mile canyon one day. But to see the whole thing you would need to drive. We did tell them we were camping at Blue Mtn campground and we got a discount on fee into the canyon.

Fantastic view, enough space between campsites to ensure relative privacy, fellow campers actually understood what "silent hours" meant. Highly recommended.
