Had reserved a site and paid online. When I showed up the site was marked as open-camp host was gone for the 2 days I was there. Someone could have taken my reserved site.

Beautiful campground. Nice easily accessible sites. Keep in mind that this is a higher altitude campground so you should be prepared for colder Temps. This is also a burn scar area directly outside of the campground so be cautious if hiking in the area.

Nice, quiet campground with spread out campsites, lots of trees and a great host. The hike up to Buffalo Peaks is tough if you go all the way, but it's still a nice hike even going part way.
