Beautiful spot—this is my fourth autumn in a row camping in this campground. You can’t beat the golden aspens and if you keep your eyes open on a walk up and down the road in the morning or evening, you stand a food chance of seeing a moose or beaver. The proximity to Kenosha Pass and the Colorado Trail keeps us coming back!

beautiful forest location, quiet, many things to do--hiking, Jefferson Lake activities, 4-wheeling, biking, etc.
The camp, bathrooms, and trash area were all very clean and well-kept in a "wilderness" sort of way.

Camp sites on the inside of the circle are mostly really good for trailers. Nice and level and the sites are nicely separated by beautiful pine trees. Bathrooms are clean.

The camp host was good and helped me find a more level site. The tables and fire pits are varied in distance but further away from the driveways as to be very inconvenient. The water pumps were so hard to pump I couldn't get any water and left a day early. The campground was very nice and clean.
