The spillway is our favorite place to camp for years; the camp hosts this year were excellent and went above and beyond. We have never seen the camp sites so clean, as well as the restrooms and the pathways. The campground was quiet when it was suppose to be and we were able to enjoy ourselves throughout or visit.

The campsites were up on a hill and couldn't hold as many people as it said it could. Luckily we had someone go ahead to try and get a first come first serve campsite. If we hadn't done that, the camping would have been terrible....

We have been camping at Spillway for nearly a decade now. It is our favorite place to camp in CO. Fishing was great and our site was incredible. We moved to a new site for the first time in 8 years and loved the privacy and space it provided. Camp hosts were also excellent.

Great campsite - clean, level with both shade and sunshine. Reservations were easy and the campground host was very nice. Only advice is that the table tops are pretty worn out.....bring a table cloth. Top attaction is the large trout in the river.....fishing was best early in the morning and after 6pm.
