The campground had few campers, which was nice. I met a nice couple and their dog. They were great. However, I got to feeling bad and left two days early. I am going back on 6/11and hope tp get more hiking in.

From areas west of Lake George, Colorado, drive east on Highway 24 and turn left on CR 77 (Tarryall Road) just before
Lake George. Continue on CR 77 about 15 miles to Spruce Grove Campground, located on the right. The campground sign and entrance sit back off CR 77.
