Excellent location..great views..the camp host was very helpful..adjacent large 5th wheel trailer played his music all
Day and didnβt stop until quiet time curfew..I was hopeful camp host would caution this campsite re: noise but it never happened...I enjoy this location so much that I will
Try Belle Colorado tent camping on next visit.

Beautiful campground, wonderful weather. The lake and shoreline is very nice. Host ran out of firewood which was too bad. It would be the perfect campground if there was electric hookup! If you enjoy biking or hiking, try the Mineral Belt Trail in Leadville.

The current camp hosts on the lower loop of Baby Doe are amazing! They were both very friendly and the bathrooms were extremely clean.

Baby Doe is a beautiful campground. Being so close to the lake was perfect for the fishermen, and leisurely walks. The mountain views are stunning. The only problem we had was the entries to the campsites are a bit difficult to back in to, especially with a 35 feet long camper.
