Quiet little campground with a beautiful view! Site 4 is on the inside of the loop. Very private but no view. Bathrooms were exceptionally clean and well supplied. Clientele was quiet and respectful. Great experience with no complaints.

Very nice on site 6. Some sites might not be so good for pitching a tent. Site 6 was OK for a small 3 person tent.

The place is gorgeous! The campground hosts--first year--were wonderful and really joyful people. I was in #15, a little too close to the privy due to the inevitable oder. However, the outhouse was very tidy tidy at all times. Well worth the 50 miles of dirt road to get there!

Well maintained Campground. Matt and Jessie were excellent camp hosts. Did lots of hiking and wildlife watching . Lodge nearby has excellent food. Campgrounds have water even though the website says none available. Plan on going back for the fishing and fall foliage.

This campground is a bit of a drive for anyone in the Denver Metro area, it took us about 5 1/2 hours, however there were multiple times we said it was worth it. This is an incredibly beautiful area with lots of wildlife. The camp hosts really wanted us to have an enjoyable experience and were very friendly and helpful. My only regret, with that drive, is that we only did one night. There are three lakes very close by that are apparently good for fishing, too. There was a fire ban but they've got built in pits, which are allowed. There's also a lodge and restaurant near the campground, if you're into that kind of thing while camping. It was actually pretty quiet too despite us going fourth of July weekend. It was just an excellent experience!
